Due to international restrictions we are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Dispatch Time

All of our products are shipped from Edinburgh, Scotland. Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

US Delivery: 1-3 working days 

CA Delivery: 2-4 working days

If you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 2-3 working days to your order delivery time. 

We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Our warehouse is super speedy and order amendments are likely not possible after an order is placed. We'll always endeavour to make these changes where possible, so please reach out to our team at  hello.us@tartanblanketco.com.

USA & Canadian Delivery Costs

Delivery charges vary by country and item. After you enter an address at checkout, you can find our handy delivery calculator.

United States

For orders over $120 USD, express shipping to the USA is FREE. This includes Mainland US, Hawaii & Alaska. Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
For orders under $120 USD, there is a shipping fee of $15 USD.
All duties and import tax for the USA are covered by TBCo and not required upon arrival of the parcel.
US overseas territories are not eligible for free shipping and duties: This includes American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronsesia, Palai.


Canada

For orders over $99 USD, express shipping to Canada is FREE. Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
For orders under $99 USD, there is a shipping fee of $12 USD.
Please note, duties and import taxes for Canada are not covered by TBCo and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.


How are my items packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are also environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your blankets or scarves individually wrapped please purchase them in separate gift boxes here

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!

Would you like to ship to multiple addresses? Please put through a separate order for each address.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 30 days after purchase. If you have a problem with your purchase, please get in touch immediately. We’re here for you every step of the way!

We can’t offer worldwide exchanges so just make a return and place a new order if you were looking for a replacement.  If your item was a gift you received, please contact our team at hello.us@tartanblanketco.com.

Visiting Edinburgh? Items purchased in store or online can also be returned to our store at 170b Great Junction St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5LJ. 

Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned unless faulty.

EZI Returns

To make shipping back to us simpler and at local charges you can return to our local warehouses in USA and Canada.  

Please use the addresses below to send your order back to us. Clearly mark 'returned goods' and your order number on the outside of the package.

Returns Responsibility

Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return.
