Why TBCo Became a B Corp

For us, sustainability and ethical responsibility have always been at the heart of what we do. Becoming a B Corp in 2023 wasn’t about changing our values; it was about holding ourselves accountable and continuously improving. From responsible sourcing to sustainable product development, we integrate positive impact into every decision we make.

Being a B Corp means constantly evolving. It’s not just a one-time certification—it’s a commitment to measuring and improving our impact year after year. In 2024, we continued to push forward by enhancing supply chain sustainability, reducing waste, and growing our ethical business practices. This year, we're preparing for B Corp re-certification in 2026, with the goal of achieving an even higher score to reflect the progress we’ve made.

Why Being a B Corp Matters

As of April 2024, there are over 2,000 certified B Corporations in the UK, reflecting a growing commitment to responsible business practices. Globally, the movement has expanded to encompass over 9,000 certified B Corps across 103 countries and 162 industries. This certification is still relatively rare, highlighting the dedication required to meet its rigorous standards.
