Shipping to the US and Canada from our Edinburgh warehouse usually takes between 1-3 days. If you're looking to place an order for urgent delivery, this will need to be ordered before 12pm GMT. Delivery charges vary by country and item. US (Mainland US, Hawaii & Alaska) & Canada express shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 USD, and we cover US duties, too! Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 60 days after purchase. To make international shipping back to us simpler and at local charges, you can choose to return to one of our local warehouses. Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
The biggest company commitment we have made is to go above and beyond in our positive impact. To not just focus on doing no harm, but to do some real good instead. We are committed to donating 1% of all our revenue to the planet and 1% to the people.
